Diverse Material Expertise
We handle a wide spectrum of metals—from lightweight aluminum to heavy-duty galvanized steel and corrosion-resistant stainless steel—to meet varied strength and finish requirements.
Ultra-Tight Tolerances
Precision manufacturing processes deliver part-to-part accuracy within ±0.01–0.05 mm, ensuring interchangeability and seamless assembly.
One-Stop Fabrication
In-house stamping, bending, welding and turning eliminate multiple handoffs, reducing lead times and coordination costs.
Custom Surface Finishing
Enhance appearance and durability with a choice of painting, powder coating, electroplating, anodizing or sandblasting to your specifications.
Flexible Volumes
From single-piece prototypes to large batches, our scalable workflows adapt to your project size without sacrificing quality.
Smart & Connected Workshops
Integration of IoT sensors on press brakes and weld stations enables real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance and zero-defect manufacturing.
Hybrid Additive/Subtractive Methods
Combining metal 3D printing for complex features with traditional stamping and bending to optimize material use and part strength.
Sustainable Operations
Closed-loop coolant recycling, energy-efficient machinery and recycling of scrap metal help minimize environmental impact.
Advanced Coatings
Development of nanoceramic, fluoropolymer and antimicrobial coatings for enhanced wear resistance and hygiene in critical applications.
Automotive & Transportation
Chassis brackets, heat shields, ducting and chassis components requiring tight fit-up and corrosion resistance.
Consumer Electronics
Enclosures, internal brackets and EMI-shielding parts with high surface-quality finishes.
Architectural & Decorative
Facade panels, handrails, sign frames and trim components with custom bends and finishes.
Industrial Equipment
Machine guards, mounting plates, control panels and enclosures that demand structural integrity and precise hole alignment.
Appliances & HVAC
Airflow ducts, mounting brackets and housings for washing machines, ovens and ventilation systems.
Q1: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Prototypes can start at a single piece; volume pricing applies from 50 pcs and above.
Q2: What lead times do you offer?
Prototype: 3–7 business days
Small Batch (10–100 pcs): 1–2 weeks
Large Volume: 2–4 weeks, depending on order size and finishing.
Q3: Which file formats do you accept for quotes?
We accept native CAD (SolidWorks, DXF/DWG, STEP, IGES) for full-feature details.
Q4: How is quality controlled?
Each part undergoes 100% visual inspection, gauge checks and dimensional verification against your drawings. Material certificates are provided on request.
Q5: How are finished parts packaged and shipped?
After cleaning and optional light oiling or passivation, parts are bubble-wrapped or foam-lined and shipped via air, sea or express courier, per your requirements.
